In short
- The app works offline. It has no internet access at all.
- Your training data stays on your phone. We never receive it; we run no servers.
- No account, no ads, no analytics. We collect nothing about you.
Who we are

Your data
Your weigh-ins, goals, logged sets, skill progress and settings are stored in the app's private storage on your phone. Other apps cannot read them. They are not uploaded to cloud backup or copied by phone-to-phone transfer.
Exports and backups
An export is written only where you choose, and is not encrypted: anyone with the file can read it. The app also keeps a weekly copy in its own storage; uninstalling the app removes it.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no analytics, no crash reports to us and no account.
Permissions
- Notifications: only for the reminders you turn on.
- Run at startup: to set your reminders again after the phone restarts.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices and rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete. Erase your data under “Danger zone” in Settings, or uninstall the app. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and other laws that apply to you, you may contact us at any time.
This website
This site uses no cookies, analytics or outside fonts. If you choose light or dark with its switch, that choice is kept in your browser only. It is hosted on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare may record visitors' IP addresses for security, as its privacy policy explains.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. A change in what the app collects is also noted in the app's release notes.
